The mind and body connection and the power of the mind as an integral part of one's healing and well-being has long been researched.
A cancer diagnosis has a huge impact on most patients, their families, and caregivers.
Feelings of depression, anxiety, and fear are very common and are normal responses to this life-changing experience. Stress levels that are already high, spike even more.
Then the patient has to deal with necessary treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, surgery etc. Side effects that stem from these treatments trigger additional stress. In this scenario of stress upon stress, what is a patient to do?

Come and find out in our upcoming 6 week series of classes, ‘Healing from Within’, where participants come together in a safe setting to learn and to share, and are guided compassionately, by skilled teachers, toward an understanding of themselves. This series explores relevant emotions that most patients go through and helps them to navigate their cancer journey better and guides them to tap into their inner resilience and innate ability to heal.
This series is equally accessible to all those impacted by cancer, including survivors and caregivers.
